01 - BACKGROUND

Structuring clinic information, service offerings, and patient-focused care messaging into a clear and easy-to-navigate web experience.

Klinik EDC is a modern dental clinic website designed to present the clinic’s services, professional dental care approach, and commitment to accessible oral health services in a clear and professional manner. The website focuses on strengthening brand credibility, communicating the clinic’s core competencies, and showcasing its comprehensive dental care solutions supported by experienced general and specialist dentists.

To support patient engagement and corporate communication, the website provides structured and informative content covering clinic overview, dental service offerings, specialist profiles, and appointment booking features. Through the platform, visitors can easily explore treatment options, understand the benefits of professional dental care, and learn about the clinic’s patient-centered approach.

With a clean and user-friendly interface, the website enables prospective patients to navigate services effortlessly, access specialist information, and schedule appointments for dental consultations and treatments. 02 - THE BRIEF

Designing and developing a WordPress-based clinic profile website to strengthen Klinik EDC’s professional image and patient trust.

From this brief, I designed and developed a clinic profile website using WordPress to present Klinik EDC’s identity, medical services, and professional healthcare approach through a clear and trustworthy digital presence.

The website was designed with key pages including a Home page to communicate the clinic’s value proposition and service highlights, an About Us page to present the clinic profile, vision, and commitment to patient care, and a Services page to showcase available dental treatments and healthcare services. Additional pages include Doctor Profiles to introduce medical professionals and build patient trust, an Appointment page to support online booking, and a Contact page to facilitate patient inquiries and clinic access information.

Overall, this WordPress-based clinic profile website enhances brand credibility, improves patient access to information, and delivers a structured and user-friendly experience, while ensuring easy content management and scalability to support Klinik EDC’s long-term digital growth.

Based on the acceptance requirements provided by the business analyst, I conducted research to understand business goals, user needs, and system constraints. This research became the foundation for defining features, user flows, and design decisions to support the development of the application.
