01 - BACKGROUND
An integrated ERP production system for efficient workflows and real-time access for employees and customers.
DJ Sport Apparel is a custom jersey manufacturing company established in 2015, specializing in high-quality products with on-time delivery guarantees. Trusted by professional teams and state-owned enterprises (BUMN), the company manages diverse production workflows and customer requirements.
To support its growing operations, an ERP production system was implemented to manage end-to-end manufacturing processes, including work orders, material management, production tracking, and warehouse operations. The system also provides a customer dashboard that allows clients to manage jersey orders by adding player data, ensuring accurate customization, improved transparency, and real-time collaboration throughout the production process.
02 - THE BRIEF
Design an ERP production system to manage manufacturing processes in real time.
From the brief, i designed a Production ERP System consisting of an Employee ERP Platform and a Customer Dashboard, integrated to support operational efficiency and customer transparency.
The employee ERP enables internal teams to manage daily operations through a centralized dashboard, including reports, work orders, material orders, production processes, warehouse management (raw materials, stock opname, and official reports), master data, and user management. The system is designed to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support real-time production monitoring.
The customer dashboard provides customers with direct access to order information through a dedicated dashboard. Customers can manage jersey orders by adding and updating player data, ensuring accurate customization and better collaboration throughout the production process. This integrated approach improves communication, reduces errors, and enhances the overall production experience.
03 - The Process
001

Discovery & Research
Based on the acceptance requirements provided by the business analyst, I conducted research to understand business goals, user needs, and system constraints. This research became the foundation for defining features, user flows, and design decisions to support the development of the application.
002

Design & Prototyping
Based on research findings, user interfaces were designed to address user needs and business requirements. Interactive prototypes were created to visualize user flows, validate features, and test usability, ensuring the design was ready for development and aligned with project goals.
003

Development & Launch
After the initial development and launch, further improvements were made to address bugs, refine features, and enhance system stability based on testing and user feedback, ensuring the application met quality and performance standards.
